Best for
What happens during your treatment
120 minutes, fully clinical, fully customised. Built on the Skin Reset and Skin Correction foundations and extended with skin needling and a tailored regenerative infusion.
Skin analysis with your dermal clinician. Re-assessment of barrier function, hydration, sensitivity and the specific concern being targeted. Treatment selections - peel, modality combination, needling depth and infusion tier - are calibrated to what we find.
Tailored Circadia enzyme therapy. Cocoa for sensitive, Raspberry for uneven tone, or Zymase for mature or sun-affected skin. Prepares the skin for deeper protocols.
Targeted Circadia peel (when appropriate). A professional peel may be added based on your skin's tolerance and the day's plan. Skipped where contraindicated.
Multi-modality refinement - three modalities layered to prepare the skin for needling and support deeper delivery. Where Skin Correction uses two modalities, Skin Transformation layers more - each chosen to do specific clinical work in sequence:
Dermaplaning - a sterile, single-use surgical-grade blade removes dead surface cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz), creating an ultra-smooth canvas and dramatically improving how every product after it lands.
Microdermabrasion - controlled mechanical exfoliation using a diamond or crystal-tip head with gentle suction. Refines pore appearance and texture, complementing the corrective peel and priming the skin physically for the deeper steps that follow.
Maxcare V-PRO (6-in-1 advanced technology) - microcurrent for the appearance of lifting and tone, EMS for circulation and firmness, electroporation for the deep delivery of active serums. The combination produces visible sculpting on the day and supports recovery after needling.
Oxygen Rx treatment. Supports a clearer skin environment and calms visible redness - particularly useful in the lead-up to skin needling.
Firming Peptide Mask. The signature Circadia mask that creates a tightening, sculpting sensation while it sets. Supports microcirculation, lymphatic drainage and the appearance of skin firmness.
Skin needling. The core of this tier. Performed by your registered cosmetic nurse using a clinic-grade device. Creates micro-channels that support the skin's natural renewal process and prepare the skin to receive the regenerative infusion.
Regenerative infusion. A clinical-grade infusion is applied alongside the needling step to support hydration, recovery and skin renewal. The specific infusion selected for your skin is discussed at your consult - three tiers are available, calibrated to your concern, your clinical history and your budget. LED light therapy. Red LED to support recovery and the appearance of firmness; blue LED where appropriate. Particularly important after needling.
Customised Circadia finishing mask. An advanced mask combination - selected to support recovery, hydration and the appearance of firmness - that sets the skin up for the next 48 hours of healing.
Sculpting and remedial massage. Adjusted where appropriate (no facial massage on freshly-needled skin). Includes neck, shoulder, décolletage and scalp release.
What you'll feel
During the peel (when included): a brief tingling sensation that settles within minutes.
During dermaplaning: a light scratching sensation as the sterile blade glides across the skin - most clients describe it as relaxing rather than uncomfortable. No pain.
During microdermabrasion: a fine sandpaper-like texture with gentle suction - slightly firmer than dermaplaning but still comfortable, with mild warmth from the friction.
During the Maxcare V-PRO step: a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation from the microcurrent and EMS, and a soft buzzing during the electroporation phase. Most clients describe it as energising and "interesting" rather than uncomfortable - and often the part of the treatment they look forward to most.
During the Firming Peptide Mask: a tightening, sculpting feeling as the mask sets - this is part of how the mask works.
During needling: a strong sensation of pressure and texture that most clients describe as tolerable, particularly with topical numbing applied beforehand.
Immediately after: visible redness across the treated area - most pronounced in the first 12 hours, settling progressively over 24–48 hours.
Days 1–3: skin may feel tight, slightly dry, and warm to the touch. Mild flaking is common from day 2 onward.
Days 4–7: most visible redness has resolved and skin starts to look smoother, more even and refreshed.
Weeks 2–6: this is when the deeper renewal becomes visible - improvements in texture, the appearance of fine lines, tone and firmness develop progressively.
Aftercare is required for the first 72 hours: no active skincare, no sun exposure, no exercise.

How often
Most clients see strongest results from a transformation course of three to six sessions, scheduled four to six weeks apart. Once the course is complete, results are typically maintained with quarterly to twice-yearly visits, depending on the concern. Your clinician will recommend a plan calibrated to your skin and your goals - this tier is not a treatment to repeat in quick succession.
Pricing
Pricing is structured in three tiers, based on the type of regenerative infusion selected during your consultation. The infusion is a clinical decision — your dermal clinician will recommend the right tier for your concern, your clinical history and your goals.
Course pricing is available across all three tiers - most clients book 3 to 6 sessions for full transformation. Course discounts are confirmed at your consult based on the tier selected.

The science behind it
Why this is our highest-tier treatment
Skin Reset and Skin Correction work on the surface and in the upper layers of the skin. Skin Transformation goes further. Skin needling creates controlled micro-channels that support the skin's natural renewal process - and at the same time, allows a tailored regenerative infusion to be delivered at depth, where it can best support the skin's own repair and renewal.
This combination is what makes the tier different. Either step alone is useful; together, calibrated to a barrier-stable skin and a clear clinical plan, they support the kind of structural improvement that lighter treatments don't reach.
Where this fits in our four-stage approach
Repair - restore barrier function and hydration
Strengthen - reinforce skin resilience
Correct - address targeted concerns
Transform - layer advanced regenerative techniques on a stable, well-corrected base (this stage)

About the regenerative infusion
The infusion is a clinical-grade product applied during the needling step, where it can best support the skin's natural recovery and renewal process. Three tiers are available, each suited to different skin concerns and treatment goals. The choice is made by your dermal clinician based on:
Your specific skin concern
Your clinical history and any contraindications
Your tolerance to advanced treatments
Your timeline and treatment goals
The pricing tier you're comfortable with
This is a clinical conversation we have at your consultation, not a menu choice. Each tier is appropriate for different presentations and not every infusion is right for every client. Your clinician will explain the options that suit your skin and recommend the right one.
Why we don't list every detail publicly
Australian advertising regulations restrict how clinics can publicly market certain advanced cosmetic ingredients and regenerative products. This is a positive thing - it ensures advanced treatments are discussed in a clinical setting, with informed consent, rather than chosen from a menu. We'll talk you through every detail at your consult, including realistic expected outcomes, risks, and the right protocol for your skin.
Why we needle on a corrected base, not a fresh face
Skin needling on a compromised barrier produces poor results, prolonged downtime and risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation - particularly in deeper Fitzpatrick skin tones. We require Skin Reset and a meaningful course of Skin Correction before we move into Transformation, because the skin needs to be stable, well-functioning and active-tolerant for needling to deliver what it's capable of.
More than a facial - a full rejuvenation experience
Even at the highest tier, every session includes neck, shoulder and décolletage work plus a scalp release (adjusted to avoid freshly-needled skin). Stress is one of the most under-recognised contributors to skin barrier disruption - addressing it is part of the clinical approach, not an add-on.
Frequently asked questions
How much downtime should I expect?
Plan for 24-72 hours of visible redness and possible mild flaking. Most clients return to work within 48 hours with mineral SPF and minimal makeup. Strict aftercare is required for the first 72 hours: no active skincare, no sun exposure, no exercise, and no makeup until your clinician clears it.
Does it hurt?
There is a strong pressure sensation during the needling step. Topical numbing is applied beforehand to reduce discomfort, and most clients describe the experience as tolerable rather than painful. We pace the treatment carefully and adjust to your comfort throughout.
Why aren't the infusion products listed on the page?
Australian advertising regulations restrict public marketing of certain advanced cosmetic ingredients and regenerative products. We discuss the specific options that suit your skin in your consultation - that's the appropriate setting for that level of detail. The pricing tier on the page reflects which type of infusion is included.
How is this different from Skin Correction?
Skin Correction works in the upper layers of the skin with peels, advanced enzymes and modality combinations. Skin Transformation adds skin needling and a regenerative infusion, which together support deeper structural renewal that lighter treatments don't reach. The trade-off is more downtime, fewer treatments per year, and a higher per-session investment.
Can I skip Skin Correction and start with this?
In some cases, yes - but only after a consultation with our dermal clinician or aesthetic nurse. We’ll assess your skin condition, barrier health, and concerns to determine if your skin is ready for needling, or if a short course of corrective treatments would deliver safer and more effective results first.
Can I have this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Skin needling is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and many of the regenerative infusions are contraindicated. We can usually adapt the protocol to a pregnancy-safe version that focuses on Circadia steps without the needling and infusion components but the full Skin Transformation Treatment is paused until after weaning.
How soon will I see results?
Visible improvement starts to appear in weeks 2-6 after each treatment, as the skin's natural renewal process plays out. The most pronounced change typically becomes visible 6–8 weeks after each session. A full course of 3-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, supports Yes - and we'll cover all of them at your consult and in your written consent. The most the kind of progressive change this tier is designed for.
Are there risks I should know about?
common: prolonged redness, transient post-inflammatory pigmentation (more common in deeper Fitzpatrick skin tones), temporary breakouts, and reactivation of cold sores in clients with a herpetic history (we may pre-treat with antiviral cover where appropriate). Less common but important risks include scarring and infection, both of which are minimised by aftercare adherence and clinical technique.
Why is the pricing tiered?
The pricing tier reflects the type of regenerative infusion included. Different infusions have different costs to the clinic and different applications - your clinician will recommend the tier that fits your concern, your clinical history and your treatment goals. Final pricing is confirmed at consult.
Where this fits in your skin journey
Skin Transformation is the most advanced treatment we offer, and it's the result of the work that came before it. Most clients move into this tier after:
Skin Reset Ritual — stabilises the barrier and prepares the skin for active work
Skin Correction Treatment — addresses targeted concerns through Circadia Level 2 protocols and multi-modality work
From here, your clinician will recommend a transformation course calibrated to your concern. Once the course is complete, results are typically maintained with quarterly or twice-yearly Transformation sessions, alongside ongoing Reset Ritual or Correction sessions to keep the skin in optimal condition between visits.
